Do I really belong here?
Do others have what it takes, when I don't?
You’re a new practitioner in the healing arts - that’s great! That means your good heart led you to this work.
But sometimes, in the midst of all the details, things to remember, new roles and experiences - you might feel disconnected from your original inspiration. Maybe you feel like everyone else “gets it” more than you do? As a new practitioner do you find yourself confused, overwhelmed, intimidated or feeling small?
Being a beginner is enough to bring on moments of Imposter Syndrome for almost anyone.
When you’re stepping into your healing practice after your school or internship, you are becoming a beginner again. Between fleeting moments of self-compassion, self doubt creeps in. The last thing you want is for that to interrupt your ability to provide the care that you know you are capable of.
There is a way to connect to the part of yourself that is more true, sure and inspired.
There is a way to get connected to your inner-trust and transform it into confidence.
There is a way to dispel doubt, rewrite unhelpful mental narratives, and own your achievements.
You might be asking yourself:
✦ Am I knowledgeable enough to be a healer?
✦ Can I trust myself to make the right decisions for my clients?
✦ Am I good enough to make a difference?
These are the kinds of questions that make you feel small and limited rather than opening you to curiosity and growth.
This is your reminder to support yourself in the same way you support your clients. It’s time to get present and journey through (not just around) imposter syndrome.
In this workshop you’ll learn ways to find support. I want to remind you of your heart and your inspiration to help, of the ways that you already do help and heal others. You’ll develop tools that will help you reconnect and to inoculate yourself against Imposter Syndrome.
This course helps to address Imposter Syndrome with honestly, encouragement and support. Come away with 4 areas to consider and reframe, as well as a guided meditation that helps you to connect with resources from within and without to build your confidence.
