When getting started with treatment, I always recommend weekly treatments for 4 to 12 weeks. It can take some time of being supported for your body and energy to take it in, and make the kind of shift you are looking for. Also, there may be times when you want to continue getting treatment relatively closely together in order to support the ongoing changes you are making.

This package will work well for you if you are coming anywhere from weekly to three weeks apart.

Payment can be made by check or cash (preferred) or by credit card. If you prefer you can make two payments - on the first and third sessions.
